A light, smooth pu'er with a burnt sugar aroma and a sweet, nutty flavor. It is a clean and refreshing drink with a light mineral aftertaste. Can be steeped six to ten times with a pleasantly smooth and sweet brew each time.
This pu'er cake is made from completely oxidized and fermented large, whole leaves. The leaves were grown at about 2,000 feet altitude with wild date trees, infusing a light sweet nuttiness or date flavor into the tea. The tea was packed into a cake in 2003 by the Longjiechun Tea Industry.
