Shipping

We typically ship orders within one to two business days. Free shipping for on-line orders over $75.00. Minimum order is $20.00
  • On-line orders are charged a flat rate for ground shipping for most of the continental US and Canada at $6.75 per order.
  • Shipping for telephone orders is $10.00
  • Express Shipping, one to two days, is available from $13.00 to $21.00 per order depending on weight.
  • International shipping outside the US and Canada is available on a case-by-case basis.

    • Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us and we will refund your money or send you a replacement, as long as the following conditions are satisfied.
    1. Send the product back to us within 10 days of receiving it.
    2. Call before you send the product back to talk to any of our staff members by phone or e-mail. This ensures that we can communicate with you about the problems with your purchase and protects us from fraudulent returns. The employee will make a note on your completed order form that the return is authorized. Packages returned without having spoken to us will not be refunded.
