This oolong is a variation of the traditional Oriental Beauty oolong: It begins as the oxidized oolong Oriental Beauty and is then rolled and lightly baked to produce a uniquely sweeter and darker flavor than most oolongs, possessing a pleasant touch of charcoal which the traditional Oriental Beauty lacks.
